FMCG Field Sales Associates
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for FMCG Field Sales Associates who will be responsible for primary and secondary target achievement of the assigned area. Handle General Trade & Modern Trade for Personal Care/Food & Snacks/Dairy/Beverages categories. Adept at identifying and developing key clients for business excellence and accomplishment of target.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Find and increase sales opportunities in the assigned cities or provinces
- Prospects potential clients, draft proposal letter, set up meetings and do product presentations
- Coordinates with affiliate companies for product quotations and pricing
- Facilitate signing of contracts
- Ensures that issues and concerns of clients are attended timely and efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial awarenessÂ
- Possesses confident and determined approach.
- Resilient, with the ability to cope with rejection.
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willing to do field work
- Licensed to drive motorcycle
- With experience in sales especially those related to FMCG and micro loans/lending
- With good selling and negotiation skills
- With good communication skills – verbal and written
- Can start ASAP
